Luminus – The Musical – 2017 – Fortaleza, CE – Brazil
The ghost light is an electric lamp used in theaters to brighten up the stage after the venue has all its lighting turned off at the end of the day. There is also the widespread belief that the ghost light will drive away or distract ghosts.
Directed by Andre Gress and produced by The Biz School of Arts. Activities included set design. Additional illustration work for social media and playbill.
Big Fish – 2018 – Fortaleza, CE – Brazil
Big Fish is a musical with music and lyrics by Andrew Lippa and book by John August. It is based on Daniel Wallace’s 1998 novel, Big Fish: A Novel of Mythic Proportions, and the 2003 film Big Fish written by John August and directed by Tim Burton.
The musical was directed by Andre Gress and produced by The Biz School of Arts. Activities included initial set design concept.
Yan – The Musical – 2019 – Fortaleza, CE – Brazil
Yan is in a train station. That’s where he is faced with different and peculiar figures, such as Conflict, Mystery and Ballerina, with lessons to be learned in ways that he would never imagine.

RENT – 2019 – Fortaleza, CE – Brazil
Rent is a rock musical with music, lyrics, and book by Jonathan Larson, loosely based on Giacomo Puccini’s opera La Bohème. It tells the story of a group of impoverished young artists struggling to survive and create a life in Lower Manhattan’s East Village in the thriving days of Bohemian Alphabet City, under the shadow of HIV/AIDS.

Shrek – The Musical – 2019 – Rio de Janeiro, RJ – Brazil / 2021 – Fortaleza, CE – Brazil
“Once upon a time, there was a little ogre named Shrek….” And thus begins the tale of an unlikely hero who finds himself on a life-changing journey alongside a wisecracking Donkey and a feisty princess who resists her rescue.

Madagascar – A Musical Adventure – 2019 – Fortaleza, CE – Brazil
Based on the smash DreamWorks animated motion picture, Madagascar – A Musical Adventure follows all of your favorite friends as they escape from their home in New York’s Central Park Zoo to Madagascar.

Ópera do Malandro – 2019 – Fortaleza, CE – Brazil
A classic Brazilian musical inspired by Chico Buarque’s iconic music. Written by Chico Buarque and directed by Luiz Antônio Martinez Corrêa. The play is inspired by the classic Beggar’s Opera of John Gay and the Threepenny Opera, of Bertolt Brecht and Kurt Weill.

Nordeste, Um País Musical – 2020 – Fortaleza, CE – Brazil
With songs by Luiz Gonzaga, the show conveys the essence of Brazil’s Northeast, its joy and sorrow. With a cast of children and young people up to 16 years old who tell the stories of the Northeastern people through heartwarming songs.

Heathers – 2021 – Fortaleza, CE – Brazil
Heathers: The Musical is a rock musical with music, lyrics and book by Laurence O’Keefe and Kevin Murphy, based on the 1989 film of the same name written by Daniel Waters.

O Ursinho Pooh (Winnie-the-Pooh) – 2022 – Fortaleza, CE – Brazil
Based on the book by A.A Milne, Winnie-the-Pooh is Christopher Robin’s “bear of very little brain” who would like to drift peacefully through life, humming tunes and stopping frequently to eat “a little something.” However, he finds himself involved in all sorts of frantic adventures, assisted by such friends as the dismal Eeyore, Piglet and Rabbit, with his countless relations.

Sonho de Uma Noite de Verão (A Midsummer Night’s Dream) – 2022 – Fortaleza, CE – Brazil
A Midsummer Night’s Dream is a comedy written by William Shakespeare c. 1595 or 1596. The play is set in Athens, and consists of several subplots that revolve around the marriage of Theseus and Hippolyta.
